the experience: how does it work?

focus on bringing your baby earth side, and let me capture it all...

Birth photography isn’t about posing; it’s about you, being your authentic self, nitty gritty and all. Forget about posing and feeling stiff in front of the camera. Imagine being with an old friend who just happens to have a camera with them. My process is natural and flowy, and my only goal is to capture the unfolding of your story.

FAQ

When do you go on call for me?

My on call time starts when you're 38 weeks, until you give birth. If that's one week, or four, I'm on call for you 24/7.

What should I wear?

You can wear whatever you want! I just like to remind clients that whatever you wear will be in your pics forever. I recommend neutrals, and no graphic shirts or visible wild language. Ultimately, it's your own personal preference.

How many pictures will I receive?

However many pictures it takes to tell your story! I usually deliver between 100-200+, depending on how long your birth story is.

Are you available outside of DFW?

I've driven 2.5 hours away for birth before, but I like to stay within a 1.5 hours drive. Birth is unpredictable. Let's chat about it!

Do you do herbal bath sessions?

Yes! Herbal bath sessions are a beautiful way to document you and baby, in the calm of the water, while letting the healing herbs work their magic.

Do you have a question?

If you have any questions at all, contact me! I would love to help you figure out whether I'm the right fit for you and your family!
